
I finally made profiteroles on Saturday night. It wasn't bad but the dough came out rather small not puffy. I thought the dough was supposed to mound?? Maybe I put too much egg on the dough. But, I like the mixture of ricotta and marcarpone cheese. Anyway, I dont like cheese much but it tasted tantalizing and mouthwatering. On the other hand, I put too much Nutella topping.

That dessert looks awesome! Me too, i'm not too much a fan of cheese so i would probably put some cheese to get the contrast that this dessert is seeeking. The nutella topping sounds scrumptious. As for the eggs - do you have to knead the dough - like bread? I think if you put too much egg you can always add more flour - though i never tried it.
