How To Lose The Love Handles?

Stairmaster: 20min
Arms: 60min
Abs Exercise: 15min
I see many guys at the gym that workout 3 or 4 times a week but still have bellies and love handles hanging out there. The trick is to increase cardios to burn more calories and tighten your abdominial muscles. I have to admit if you really want to lose weight, you'd have to use cardio machines. At least 20mins everyday. I started routine cardio 2 months ago. I'm beginning to see my body shaped like a swimmer. Normally, guys have love handles and girls have bellies. Guys need to concentrate on using 2 dumbells to tighten side bends and girls need to work on crunches. Perform cardio 3-4 times a week and increase weight on abdominial exercise, you'd see a V-shaped taper to your torso. Also, diet is very important. Try to lower your overall body fat by consuming wheat breads, eggs, lean chicken, lotsa fruits and vegetables. Then, you body will be solid!
