Nite out dinner with friends

I don't get a chance to eat out very often. But, yesterday I went out dinner with Curt, Alan and Sean. We went to a restaurant on clement street and it's called R&A. They served HK cafe food, not typical chinese food but pretty darn cheap. It was my first time meeting Alan and Sean. Alan is a SGI member from Singapore. The 4 of us hit off pretty well and we had great conversations. Curt was particularly funny and friendly. He treated us like brothers and had no barriers. Sean was sweet, funny, and a basketball fan. He was having so much fun screaming at the last minute Lakers' slam dunk. It was a joy watching him. That's the thing, I don't play or watch any sports. I've been so distorted from city life, I need to jump start with sports again. Bring some social scenes to my life. Back to Alan, he's a pretty reserved, quiet, and shy guy. That boy is so skinny, he needs to eat some food. Alan and I have a common ground. We talked about the culture differences between the 2 countries. It was an interesting conversation. I hope I am not preceived as a dumb blonde that dont know how to count his change or a cheerful dim-witted. I'm better than that. Alright, enuf for today's journal.
